Before the mics go live and the stages light up, we’re firing up something else – the sauna down by the fjord, right outside Innovation Dock, just steps away from Tou.
Led by our very own sauna master and Dock member Thomas Prestgaard, Impact Sauna is your chance to start the day like a true Nordic founder: sweat out the stress, dive into the sea, and maybe even share a pitch between steam sessions.

Depending on signups, we might split into two groups:
Session 1: 09:00 – 10:00
Session 2: 10:00 – 11:00
